About CCPCR
CCPCR is non-partisan, non-religious, no profit and local non-governmental organization in Cambodia. CCPCR was established on November 20,1994 by a group of Khmer volunteers and commenced its activities in March 1995 accordance with the official agreement and permission issued by the Cambodian Ministry of Interior, and with financial and technical assistance from Cambodia Office of UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (COUNHCHR), foreign embassies, local and external donors. Mr. Yim Po is a founder of CCPCR. He's now retired but still serve as a technical adviser for the organization.
